The MiniTest 7400 FH / MiniTest 7200 FH is a portable thickness measurement tool that accurately measures materials up to 10mm thick. The portable and compact form factor allows it to be operated at the production site and in the laboratory. The MiniTest 7400 FH / MiniTest 7200 FH enables simple, non-destructive, high-precision thickness measurements on a variety of non-magnetic materials, regardless of their size, shape and material.
It is also an ideal measuring tool for sharp corners, small radius and complex shape workpieces.

Probe design choice Different cable jack types are more flexible to accommodate test requirements. Each standard probe can be supplied with either a straight cable socket or a right angle design, and the latter can measure similar tubes and hollow parts that are difficult to access. Special probes are required due to the harsh environment of paint or dust contamination. To provide ultimate protection in harsh environments, the MiniTest 7400 offers a unique line of rugged probes (HD probes). These probes have a special grout seal to protect the probe device. An external spring device makes the probe easy to clean. Optional probe A wide range of interchangeable probes to meet a variety of application requirements. The probe can be easily replaced with a push-pull connection system.
