LABCP universal length measuring machine is made by Swiss TRIMOS. It is not necessary to calibrate the instrument with a measuring block before measuring any size gauge, and there is no transmission error (reference error of the measuring block, its non-isothermal error with the measured part, secondary clamping, multiple centering errors, etc.). Greatly improve the measurement efficiency and ensure measurement accuracy. The measuring force is continuously adjustable from 0-12N. The principle of the force measuring sensor avoids the force measurement error caused by the old-fashioned weight loading due to the uneven table surface and the surrounding environment vibration. The probe has good coaxiality, so it is not necessary to adjust the probe for multiple center adjustments before measuring the workpiece. The universal table can slide and lock freely along the X axis of the instrument guide. Convenient to adjust the clamp and measure various length measuring tools such as: gauge blocks, smooth (threaded) ring plug gauges, snap gauges, calibration rods, rulers, watches.
